Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees governs NCA according to established by-laws and under girds the Administration in the implementation of school policies. They are responsible for the oversight of the financial stability of the school, using sound fiscal principles in its operation. Above all, members are to be sensitive to the Lord and His direction and are responsible for the spiritual integrity of the school.
Head of School
NCA is administered by the Head of School, who is the chief executive officer and reports directly to NCA's Board of Trustees. The Head of School plans and implements the budget and oversees the daily operations of the school with the assistance of the Administrative Team. The faculty and staff work directly under the leadership of the Head of School with the assistance of the Administrative Team.
Administrative Team
The Administrative Team consists of the Head of School, Dean of Faculty, Early Education Director, Elementary Director, Dean of Student Services, Athletic Director, Admissions Director and Administrative Assistant to the Head of School. The Administrative Team provides the instructional and spiritual leadership of the school. They are to be students of the Word and lead by example based on the principles found therein. Under the leadership of the Head of School, this team is responsible for the curriculum; recruiting, supervising, and evaluating teachers, office, kitchen, and custodial staff; authorizing and monitoring student activities; dealing directly with parents; and aiding parent organizations.
